Returns Policy


Once we have received your order you will receive an email confirmation from us when your order has been despatched. Dispatch should take no longer than 48 hours. We will endeavour to despatch orders placed before 1 pm the same day, and orders placed after 1 pm should be despatched the next day.

The standard delivery charge is £4.95, and parcels will be sent by Royal Mail first class Signed For post. This will take approximately 2-3 working days. If they are heavier weight, e.g. footwear, coats or multiple items, they will be sent Royal Mail special delivery taking approx 3 days, still standard delivery charge. A signature will be required. Please contact the office on  0844 273 2929 or email to arrange next day or international delivery. Postage to Europe is £9.95 via Royal Mail Airmail. Postage to USA and Canada is £20.00 via Royal Mail Airmail.



You can return any item you are unhappy with for a refund. This should be done within 7 days from the date you received the item. You should confirm in writing (email or letter) that the item is being returned, stating the order number and the reason why the item is being returned. The item is your responsibility until we receive it back, and therefore we suggest you send the item back using Royal Mail's Recorded Delivery service. We can only accept returns of items that are in a resalable condition and have all their tags still attached to the item. So please check your item thoroughly before removing the tags. When trying your item on, please do not wear cosmetics or deodorant as this can mark the item and we cannot accept it back for a refund in an unsalable condition. There will be an address label with your delivery note, which is not pre-paid. If you cannot find the label, the returns address is Once Worn Never Forgotten, 145 The Avenue, Alwoodley, Leeds, West Yorkshire, England, LS17 7PA.

If the item is faulty please accept our apologies. You will need to call the office on 0844 273 2929 to notify us of a faulty item. We will then advise you of the best way to return the item and arrange a refund or replacement. We will refund postage on faulty items.

Your refund will be processed within 7 - 10 working days of us receiving the item back, though sometimes it may take longer to appear on your bank records.
